Terms of Service

Welcome to MANA AI (accessible via runmana.ai), owned and operated by MANA Home LLC("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, topping up your MANA credit balance, or using any services provided on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase digital services on MANA AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each user may register only one individual account. Automated account registration, bot scraping, or creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional free trial credits is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without notice.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credit System & MANA Potions

MANA AI operates on a non-subscription, credit-based model. Credits are purchased through non-recurring top-up transactions ("MANA Potions").

Non-Expiring Balance: Purchased MANA credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Model Consumption Rates: Different artificial intelligence models (such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet, FLUX Pro 1.1, or Kling Video v3) consume MANA credits at varying rates depending on compute intensity, resolution, and output length. Rates are displayed in real-time within the workspace.
No Subscription Auto-Renewal: Purchases are strictly one-time transactions. We do not place your payment method on recurring billing loops.

3. Payment, Final Sale & Refund Policy

All credit purchases and MANA Potions are final digital deliveries. Due to the high real-time compute costs incurred with upstream GPU and AI API infrastructure providers, refunds are not permitted for spent MANA credits once an output has been generated.

Server Error & System Disruption Credit Refill Exception:

In the event that a technical error, server timeout, or system failure occurs on our infrastructure or upstream provider networks - where MANA credits were deducted from your account balance but the AI model failed to produce or stream the requested output - you are entitled to a balance adjustment.

Automated Refills: Our system automatically detects unfulfilled model API responses and attempts to reverse deducted credits back to your balance immediately.
Manual Credit Dispute: If an unfulfilled execution is not automatically reversed, you may contact support at admin@runmana.ai within 14 days of the incident. Upon verification of our server logs, spent MANA credits for the failed generation will be fully refilled into your account balance.
Monetary Refunds: Cash or PayPal balance refunds are strictly limited to technical purchase errors (such as accidental double billing during checkout) prior to any credit consumption, or as explicitly mandated by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use MANA AI in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You strictly agree not to use the platform to:

Generate illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hate-speech content.
Depict real individuals without consent, generate deepfakes for misleading purposes, or produce non-consensual imagery.
Produce materials promoting self-harm, violence, terrorism, or dangerous unlawful activities.
Develop or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing scripts, or execute cyberattacks against third-party networks.
Infringe upon third-party copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or bypass safety moderation filters built into MANA AI or upstream AI model engines.

5. Intellectual Property & Generation Ownership

As between you and MANA Home LLC, you retain all rights and ownership over the original text prompts, uploaded reference assets, and validly generated AI outputs produced through your account, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, Black Forest Labs, and Kling AI).

All trademarks, product logos, brand identifiers, and UI design elements belonging to MANA AI and MANA Home LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company. Third-party engine names (such as OpenAI, Claude, FLUX, and Kling) are trademarks of their respective corporate owners.

6. Third-Party AI Models & Service Disclaimers

MANA AI acts as an aggregation and orchestration middleware layer. MANA Home LLC does not host, train, or directly maintain the underlying artificial intelligence models.

Outputs generated by generative AI models are inherently non-deterministic and subject to occasional factual inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. MANA Home LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a specific commercial purpose, or non-infringement of generated assets. You rely on AI outputs entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, MANA Home LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MANA Home LLC against any legal claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and attorney fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of generated AI content.

8. Governing Entity & Support Contact

MANA AI and all associated domains, software assets, and credit services are owned and operated by MANA Home LLC.
